Saddlers Row offers FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100. Orders under $100 are charged a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95. All saddle purchases are charged $69.95 for shipping and insurance.

Orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on the size and/or weight of the package. If you have any questions, please call us at 847.776.6700.

Returns & Exchanges

Not 100% happy with your purchase? We are here to make it right!

Saddlers Row accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued minus the shipping cost. Please note that saddles have a unique return policy (see Saddle Trial Policy).
