Saddlers Row offers FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75. Orders under $75 are charged a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95. All saddle purchases are charged $69.95 for shipping and insurance.

Orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on the size and/or weight of the package. If you have any questions, please call us at 847.776.6700.

Returns & Exchanges

Not 100% happy with your purchase? We are here to make it right!

All Clearance Sale Items (Clearance items are in Clearance Section of website) are NON-REFUNDABLE and all sales are final.

Saddlers Row accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds are issued minus the shipping cost. The return cost is the customer's resposability. If the customer received the wrong item, Saddlers Row will cover the return cost and the re-shipping cost for the right product.
